It’s Trump versus the world.
In a barnburner of a rally today, Trump went after almost everyone. He called President Obama a “phony guy,” the media “phony low lifes” and dubbed Hillary Clinton “one of the great phonies of all time” and “the worst.” He called the “so-called fact checkers” “crooked as hell” and “a group of dishonest scum.” Trump even lashed out (again) at the leaders of his own party, saying that “all these characters that want to run in four years, they can forget it.”
To recap: Trump hates Republicans, fact checkers, Hillary Clinton, the media and the President of the United States. And he even demonstrated an insulting lack of sensitivity about actual violence against communities of color, especially given the location of this afternoon’s rally—the town where Trayvon Martin was shot. What a closing argument. Remind us again, Marco Rubio, why did you endorse this guy?

TRUMP TRASHES FACT CHECKERS:
Even the so-called fact checkers, who are really crooked as hell themselves, by the way, these fact checkers, they’ll check facts with me and I’m like 99% right. And they’ll say, ‘and therefore, he lied’ I say, woah, I’ve gone through worse. And oh good, finally, they say “and therefore, he lied”. Oh boy, these people are bad.
TRUMP ON PRESIDENT OBAMA:
He’s a lousy president, and do you remember when I said that some of the voting is rigged? Okay, everybody knows. Check out Philadelphia, Chicago, St. Louis. And he said, “this is a threat to our system, this is terrible, this is a threat”. Okay, I figured, gee whiz, wow that’s pretty bad, except last night on television, last night, I’m watching Obama from eight years ago, and he’s basically saying that the whole thing is fixed! Before he won his first race, he was talking about voting and he said, “remember I come from Chicago, you know I mean, they do-“ Give me a break, this guy’s such a phony guy. What a phony. What a phony group.
