After assailing his competitors for using teleprompters time after time after time, Donald Trump has succumbed to his own criticisms. He gave yet another boring, low-energy speech about nothing.
Newsflash for Mr. Trump: Using a teleprompter won’t erase months and years of race-baiting, immigrant-demonizing, fear-mongering, conspiratorial rhetoric. A few scripted speeches (that still include lies!) will not right his wrongs–of which, there are many–and the teleprompter flip-flop simply reveals the Trump campaign is desperate.
So much for “get those teleprompters outta here,” huh?
