“Donald Trump was vintage Donald Trump this afternoon. He deployed his tried and true, ‘I know you are, but what am I?’ tactic, claiming Hillary Clinton lied ‘so much’ at last night’s debate. In fact, that was Trump who lied over and over in St. Louis. He spent minutes going after the fire marshal for not allowing the ‘thousands’ of people outside into his rally and bragging, ‘I know a lot about fire and fire marshals.’ Trump praised WikiLeaks (and thereby Russian hacking) over and over again. He laughably called himself a ‘blue-collar worker’ when he was born a millionaire. Trump finally declared that ‘the last 72 hours has framed what this election is all about,’ and we couldn’t agree more. He has demonstrated over and over that he would be a disaster as president.”
