In a speech to the National Association of Home Builders, Donald Trump discussed his plans to grow America’s economy, boost the housing market and help small businesses.

Just three days after his latest campaign “reset,” Trump delivered another low-energy, meandering, off-message speech (complete with charts and graphs) in which he accused President Obama and Hillary Clinton of founding ISIS and claimed that Clinton is ISIS’ “most valuable player.” The speech went downhill from there. Trump went on to lie about this past support for the Iraq War, his positive poll numbers and the unemployment rate (according to Trump it is over 20 percent.)
The crowd’s reaction? Very little applause and lots of very awkward silences.
