Ted Cruz just said, “You claim it is tough talk to discuss carpet bombing. It it not tough talk. It is a different fundamental strategy than what we’ve seen from Barack Obama.”
Sounds like Cruz wants to turn back the clock to George W. Bush diplomacy.
