SANDERS SAYS NRA BACKED GUN BILL WAS NOT A MISTAKE

Tonight at the Iowa Brown and Black Forum, Bernie Sanders said that his 2005 vote to shield gun manufacturers from liability was not a mistake:

Jorge Ramos: “Did you make a mistake?”

Bernie Sanders: “No.”

In 2005, the National Rifle Association’s Wayne LaPierre called the same gun liability bill “the most significant piece of pro-gun legislation in twenty years.”
