Rep. Michael McCaul just told the Republican National Convention that “when four Americans were murdered and Benghazi, burned, burned, she [Hillary Clinton] blamed it on a video.” Once again, Benghazi is used as a political tool at the Republican National Convention, and once again Republicans are wrong on the facts.
