“Donald Trump’s much-hyped ‘closing arguments’ speech about what he would do in his first 100 days in office was full of more of the same empty rhetoric, save for yet another offensive threat toward the women who have accused him of sexual assault. Declaring that he would sue ‘all of these liars’ who have come forward was really the only new idea communicated by the Republican nominee for president. Trump is only trying to intimidate other women from telling their stories. Donald Trump’s record of offensive words and behavior toward women, questionable business record and divisive rhetoric were enough to keep him out of the Oval Office, but we are reminded daily how much lower he can go.”
