This week was a turning point in the presidential campaign. Donald Trump showed that he has the temperament and basic decency to lead our nation and be America’s Commander-in-Chief. I truly admire Trump’s respect for Gold Star families, his reverence for the American Constitution and the inclusive campaign he’s running. And Trump never lies—how refreshing. Americans across the country—including in key battleground states—are flocking to his vision of a greater America. I would also like to personally applaud Mike Pence, House Speaker Paul Ryan and RNC Chair Reince Priebus for uniting their party around Mr. Trump’s vision and enabling his historic candidacy.
