Last week, Bernie Sanders’ “almost Trumpian” interview with the editorial board of the New York Daily News didn’t exactly go well. During the “cringeworthy” interview, Sanders “dodg[ed]” questions, “expressed uncertainty over facts,” or stated, “I don’t know.” The interview showed that Sanders had “deficiencies on policy areas,” including trade, breaking up the big banks, and foreign policy in addition to giving the “wrong answer” on gun manufacturers. As one pundit put it, “these answers are just not acceptable at this stage in the campaign.” One thing is for sure–Bernie Sanders hasn’t done his homework.
