Trump is officially “The Candidate From Breitbart News”

Yesterday, Donald Trump hired Breitbart News Chairman Steve Bannon as his campaign CEO in yet another staff shake-up. A perfect fit for Trump, Bannon is credited with “help mainstream the ideas of white nationalists and resuscitate the reputations of anti-immigrant fear-mongers,” and his former employees warned that this means his campaign is taking a more “combative” and “divisive” turn.

Speculation of Trump’s “cozy” relationship with ultra-right-wing, nationalist, notoriously conspiratorial Breitbart News has been swirling for over a year, and yesterday’s news makes it official: Donald Trump is “The Candidate from Breitbart News.”
